Good morning,

Please relay this below information to your teams ASAP.

We expect as a minimum for people to follow the below:
If a player, coach or umpire attends a school, tertiary institution or workplace that has been closed for more than 24 hours due to a confirmed COVID-19 outbreak, that theplayer, coach or umpire will not attend matches for a minimum of 1 week. This will be monitored on a case-by-case basis, depending on how long the closure lasts and whether or not it was precautionary rather than relating to a confirmed COVID-19 case.
If a player has a fever, or other symptoms as outlined by DHHS (cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties), they are not to participate in a match.
MPNA will be providing sanitiser at reception, kiosk and in the umpire’s room for all to wash hands thoroughly prior to the commencement of the match.
At the end of the match, we suggest players do not need to shake hands with the opposition, but rather, as a team, chant “3 cheers for…”. And for Umpires, a thank you for the game!.

Thanks
MPNA Committee
